Growing up in Brooklyn, New York to wise and God-fearing Jamaican parents. Drey learned from a young the art of becoming a good student & taking action. First to God and next to the experiences of life.
Her dad always encouraged her to explore all of her interests. No matter how outlandish it may sound.

This is how her love and career as an assistant came about. She knew the best entry point was by learning from someone who was doing what she wanted to do and provide them with excellent support. She established a lot of amazing relationships over the years.

For nearly 10 years, I did the work.

I went from $7.25/hour to making 6 figures as an executive assistant to the leaders and shakers of several companies.
I've seen talented individuals from all walks of life settle for jobs that did not align with their goals and desires. It was not due to the absence of talent or ambition but due to feeling trapped by circumstances and a lack of awareness of their limitless potential.

It pained me to see so many skilled individuals stuck in careers they didn’t love so I built a business dedicated to bringing my sisters to the top with me. I went from being unsure of the future to having a God-given, purpose-driven life.
I knew there had to be a way to help them find fulfilling careers. This observation led me to create "What If You Knew," a company dedicated to empowering women to discover their passions, achieve fulfilling careers, and prioritize their well-being.
As my favorite Scripture states…
